DELIVERY & RETURNS
Please Note: Due to logistical delays caused by events beyond our control (Brexit, Pandemic), it is currently taking 5-7 days longer than expected (days listed below) to get orders in the EU & the UK to their desired destination. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience.
We process all our orders through our logistics partner Autofulfil. All items will be processed within 48 hours of ordering with a tracking number sent to the e-mail address that you supplied upon purchase. We aim to deliver to the following locations within the below time periods:
- UK & Ireland: 2-3 days
- European Union: 2-5 days
- North America: 5-7 days
- South America: 10-12 days
- Asia: 10-12 days
- Oceania: 12-14 days
Please note that we are not reposible for import duties, customs levies, excise, etc... for deliveries outside of the European Union. These must be born by you - the purchaser.
You may return your item(s) to us in exchange for credit or a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Return of the purchased item(s) to Golazzo within 14 days of your receipt of it
- Item is returned with all original packaging
- Item is clean and has not been worn
We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition; ie dirty, lacking original packaging, etc...
If you use your own chosen carrier to return, we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. We recommend sending your items with a reputable tracked delivery service, making a note of the tracking number. The postage costs for returning are to be born by you.
